We are delighted to announce our acquisition of fellow Brokerbility member Morrison Insurance Solutions based in Alcester, Warwickshire. The CLEAR Group has doubled in size since 2016 and now handles £135m in premiums. Morrison is CLEAR’s largest acquisition and second location in the Midlands, where further expansion is planned.

The Ogden discount rate - how will the changes affect you?
With effect from 5th August 2019, the Ogden discount rate will marginally increase from -0.75% to -0.25% for personal injury awards. Our friends at Ecclesiastical Insurance have generously offered to provide an additional £500 for each of our chosen charities this year, as part of their Closer To You scheme. Their mission is to give £100 million to charity by 2020, and one way they’re doing that is by giving donations directly to charities chosen by a selection of the brokers they collaborate with.
