COVID-19 update: how we are continuing to support staff and clients

Throughout the COVID-19 pandemic the safety of CLEAR’s staff and clients has been of paramount importance.

As the lockdown has continued to evolve, we wanted to take the opportunity to provide an update on how we are continuing to support both.

Staff returning to work

CLEAR are committed to employee wellbeing and safety so for the next two months, we believe that it is safest and in all best interests for our staff to continue working from home. As such, we have no expectation that they will return to our offices before 1st August.

We have considered the option of returning sooner but we feel now is not the right time for us. We are fortunate enough to be able to work from home, so we will continue to do so. 

This will be under constant review, and we will be in close communication with our staff about this as we move forward.

Visiting clients

We are encouraging our staff to use virtual meetings to reduce the risks to our clients and we are also offering training to our staff to help manage online meetings effectively.

Face-to-face meetings will still be considered for those of our clients that are in exceptional circumstances, on a case-by-case basis and provided they can be carried out safely.

Final thoughts

These decisions reflect the current situation and advice as we understand it. As matters develop, CLEAR will consider how we might evolve too.

In the meantime, we look forward to many more virtual and video-call based team meetings, events, quizzes and simple catch ups (which are so valuable at this time).

We would like to thank all of our staff for helping to keep the business running smoothly and our clients for continuing to support us throughout the pandemic.
