The client liked the idea of our confidential audit to review their insurance programme and selecting an insurer to work with on an exclusive basis. We undertook the confidential audit and approached an insurer who realised that they were not part of a mass market exercise and, along with CLEAR, wanted to take the time to understand the client’s business. We highlighted the positive aspects of the client’s risk, their approach to managing the risk and arranged for the client to meet with the insurer’s risk manager to discuss and agree on a plan to further improve the risk.
The client welcomed this additional advice and also the provision of free, online Health & Safety, Human Resources and E-Training systems to further assist them with risk management.
In addition to successfully negotiating lower premiums, we were also able identify and cover gaps in the client’s insurance programme. The result of the confidential audit was therefore the complete solution of wider cover at a lower premium with valued additional risk management input.
