A large Commercial client of CLEAR had a high volume of accidents involving both customers and employees, a number of which resulted in formal claims being submitted against them.

Due to the Ministry of Justice reforms changes to Public and Employers Liability claims, decisions on liability must be made within a short period of time. We have worked to build a strong working relationship between the client, their insurer and CLEAR, to ensure that all incidents and claims are reported immediately so that they can be investigated and handled within the time stipulated by the Reforms, thus reducing overall claim costs.

Part of this entailed arranging quarterly claim review meetings between the client, the insurer and CLEAR, where not only their outstanding claims were discussed in detail, but it also provided a platform whereby the client was kept informed of any relevant changes in insurance or legal legislation and the information that would be required to assist in defence of claims.
